The Soul Exhaustion and Soul Care™ Workbook is Here!
For more than three years, our team has been thoughtfully building something deeply meaningful together. The Soul Exhaustion & Soul Care project was born from both lived experience and professional practice — shaped by conversations with helpers, survivors, leaders, and communities who understand the profound work it takes to navigate life’s challenges.
At its heart, this work explores something many of us recognize but rarely name: soul exhaustion — the depletion that can come from prolonged caregiving, exposure to trauma, grief, responsibility, and the weight of showing up again and again for others. Just as importantly, this work offers language, reflection, and practical pathways toward soul care — sustainable ways of staying grounded, connected, and well while continuing to do meaningful work in the world.
