From Connecticut to Washington: Soul Care on the Road

The workbook on display in Vancouver.

The Soul Exhaustion & Soul Care Workbook has officially made its way from Connecticut to Vancouver for the Focus on the Future Gambling/Gaming Health Awareness Conference—and it’s been something special.

We’re excited to be hosting a Lunch & Learn where we’ll be talking about soul exhaustion and the idea of community soul care.

Because here’s the truth: We’re tired of hearing people shout “self-care!” at individuals who are actually in need of community care.

So much of what we explore in Soul Care—meaning-making, finding forgiveness, claiming ourselves—doesn’t just apply to individuals. These concepts translate powerfully into how we care for each other, how we show up in community, and how we build spaces where people can heal together.

This experience has also been a reminder of something I keep learning again and again as I travel across this country: There are so many incredible souls doing meaningful work.

We’ve met people here whose lives have been deeply impacted by the gambling industry—people who are now turning their pain into purpose, creating change, and supporting others in ways that truly matter.

And not going to lie… There was something pretty exciting about walking into a conference and seeing our workbook sitting on the shelf.

A Quick Update for Our Champions & Cheerleaders

Because of your incredible support, we’ve now sold 420+ copies of the Soul Exhaustion & Soul Care Workbook. That number means more than just momentum—it means this work is reaching people who need it.

We’ve decided to extend the launch pricing through this Friday (assuming Amazon doesn’t have other plans behind the scenes). After Friday/Saturday, the workbook will move to its full price.

If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a copy—or sharing it with someone who might benefit—now is the time.

And one small ask: If you’ve already purchased the workbook and have had a chance to spend even a little time with it, we would be incredibly grateful if you could leave a review on Amazon. Those early reviews make a meaningful difference in helping others find the work.

Thank you for being champions of this. Your support, encouragement, and belief in this work have been part of every step forward.
